quick weight loss anyone know how?
I’m attending a wedding in roughly a month. And i despreatly want to look great in my new dress but i need some quickish weightloss tips to shed thoes pounds on my mid-section.
Im a healthy eater and powerwalk/jog everyday for 30mins.
If anyone knew a healthy way to drop thoes pounds off the mid-section in one months time that would be fabulos!

I suggest going swimming or joining a water aerobics class i joined one and i lost 2-3 pounds a week along with a healthy diet. Hope that helps!

i think rather than going exercise the best way to lose weight safely is to take up this healthy diet plan.
Intensive Exercise Will Not BURN FAT
